Simply approach any of our friendly staff members who will be able to direct you to your table.

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT MY LOST PROPERTY?

Send us an email at [email protected] or call us on 03 9428 6722 and we will check the venue for your missing item.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST CAR PARKING?

Limited paid and free parking is available on Swan Street, Lennox Street and neighbouring side streets.

WHAT’S THE BEST PUBLIC TRANSPORT ROUTE?

Richmond Club Hotel is conveniently located a mere 200m from Richmond Train Station. The number 70 tram also runs right to our front door.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

You sure can! Gift cards are available for purchase here.

CAN I BRING KIDS AND IS THERE A KIDS MENU?

Of course! We have a kids’ menu available on request – to view our kids’ menu, click here. As we are a licensed venue, kids are required to depart by 9pm.
